I just got home from my father's company picnic. I was not enthused to be going (ya! Hundreds of strangers!) but I am pleased to say that I had an excellent time. My kid rode a mechanical bull for the first (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc) time. A feat I have never done but always wanted to. I am self aware enough to know I would end up breaking something so I confine my riding to cocks and cars. But it's something I've always wanted todo. I was glad my kid got to. It was also way out of her comfort zone so I am also mega proud. She also conquered(or nearly at least) the rock wall. She was afraid but she tried. And when she didn't get far the first time and sat, shaking on the ground she asked me if she could go again. She never quite made the top but she tried hard and pushed herself harder than I ever would have. Proud mama!
I played a few hours of bingo which wasn't nearly as terrible as it sounds. Even won a couple of $50 prizes!
My enjoyment of the day was capped off by the boy who flirted unabashedly with me. In reality he must have been an adult or at least 18 to be working the event but he looked waaaay young to me. Baby faced and quite frankly adorable. This is the guy in high school who ALL of your friends were interested in. You know the one who looked like he simotaniously climbed off a surf board and out of an Abercrombie and Fitch ad. And boy did he flirt! Started out by telling me there was no way I could have a daughter my kid's age! Cheesy as all get out but silly smooth delivery. My kid and I wander off but every time we wandered back h engaged me. Gave me not only 1 free prize, he gave me a box full! And told me that he didn't care if he lost his job over it. It was worth it just to see me smile. Delivered like a pro! His only regret was that he couldnt see my eyes (I was wearing sunglasses)! So he was just adorable. Yes it was just carney banter, he'll I've worked enough festivals to know flirting spices up the day,and yes it was toward the end of th event and he may have just been looking to unload his extra prizes.... But then again maybe I AM just that fantastic. I think I choose option B!

Happy birthday to me!

I heart my hat!!!
So once upon a time when we were in Disney World I foudn the hat that makes me SO happy. Unfortunately I did not get it, thinking I would be able to find it at another shop somewhere on one of the 4 parks grounds. No such luck. So I checked Downtown Disney. No luck. Checked online. Nope. Called to special order it from Disney itself. NOPE!
And I cried.
Flash forward to this week when I walk into the Halloween store and what do I see? THE HAT!!! THE exact hat!!!! My husband bought it for me for my birthday and I have been a happy girl ever since!!!

I throw the best birthday parties!!!
Normally I allow my birthday to pass without a to-do. In years past I was usually in New York relatively close to my birthday so I celebrated with my 2 favorite people in the world, pupslave keith and Master Christopher. But they moved across the country to a land far far away meaning no drink fest! Boo!! However I put my big girl panties on and threw myself a birthday party this past weekend. Regular old party? No thank you! I threw myself a PEDI PARTY!!!
I invited several of my nearest and dearest to come over and have a pedicure, massage and some wine.

FANTASTIC!!!!
The pedi boys worked tirelessly giving foot rubs, soaks, scrubs and paint jobs.
The ladies worked tirelessly receiving all the goodness.
Even though the boy I had lined up for massages proved himself unreliable by no call no showing, Keira stepped up to the plate and gave some of the ladies a rub down! Thank you so much darlin!
I did a little fire which was just the topper for the evening!
So even though we ended up being far more squishy than anticipated,I believe everyone had a great time. YAY!!!! Thank you so much to everyone!!!Best birthday party EVER!!!!
Due to incredably limited space I could only invite a few ladies. However, if you weren't able to make it fear not! I shall have more as it was generally agreed that I should have a birthday party every month! So there will be more on the horizon And my traveling pedi circus does travel! So stay tuned! More info will follow!

COPE report
I have so much to catch you up on my chickadees! My life has been fit to burst here lately! But all in good time. The Libra in me will throw a fit if I don't go chronologically so we will start with a weekend past when I attended that fantastic event, the Central Ohio Perversion Excursion, known affectionately as COPE. As ever I offer two versions of the weekend. The short story and The long story. Choose your own adventure.
Short Story
I had a wonderful time! this was one of THE best conventions I have ever attended, be it geek/church/activism or kink. Yes, it was that good! The energy was marvelous. The theme,Super heroes/villains, was inspired it was just plain fun! I came, I played, I conquered!
The Long Story
Friday
Setup couldn't have gone more smoothly of you dipped the staff and volunteers in ID Lube! Hard work when combined with good friends becomes easy work and quite enjoyable.
I once again helmed the Meet-n-Greet game which seemed to go down a storm. We played 'What am I?' with kinky terms, roles, toys, and types of play. But I Incorporated super heroes and villains so amongst the dildos and puppy play there was also Thor and Batman! Which made me, you know, a little moist! But after an hour of laughter I had to call it. Closest contest we've had so far!
After that I helped my beautiful friend and bedmate, Peach, get into her costume. She said she wanted to go as a Girly and cute superhero. That says Power Puff Girl to me. So I sewed her up a cute little outfit. Unfortunately I didn't get a pic of her in it :( but here is the dress
As a suprise I made a cape for a friend of mine. She wanted a Super Switch cape but life got in the way of our plans. But I made it on the sly and she was quite excited. :) Extra points because it matched the outfit she was wearing Friday night!
I then headed to see The Man (Aka Barak) to dress him in his costume (which I also made). For those of you who haven't attended an AIS event (for shame!) Barak and Sheba, our fearless leaders, begin the festivities with a grand entrance. One time she was a kinky cop and he was on he chin gang (of love). one time she was a devil and he was a... Cough....angel. This time they went as The Bride from Kill Bill and he was Pei Mei. They looked great! I didn't make her jumpsuit only his costume but unfortunately I didn't snap a pic of either! Poo! But they looked great.
Our keynote was delivered by Raven Kaldera and was utterly beautiful! I will post a link to it as he was gracious enough to post a copy.
And then festivities started! I actually headed back to my room to gt into costume. I took a slightly different spin from the norm and opted to go as my own character from my Batman Fan fic. I went as Trxz, an up and coming Villain from Gotham whose only desire is to get into some rough body play with Batman! I incorporated my love of fire into
my costume and the results made me very happy!
Then I jumped headlong into play! Fire was the order of the night and I had a wonderful time lighting many a sexy woman. I even had the privilege of taking my dear Peach's fire cherry! I also got to play ( FINALLY) with our kinky cruise director! Yay! We've only been trying to hook up for over a year! I also spread the gospel of The Bongers! greatest toy ever!

I only got to attend 2 classes but both were excellent.
The first was "So you qualify for an upgrade?" presented by Bootpig. It focused on the ways you can go the extra mile (or inch) to take service to the next level. To upgrade. Though the class focused mostly on how a sub/slave can do upgrades Bootpig did a wonderful job of incorporating us Dominants in the class. Soliciting ideas and thoughts. I liked this class and presenter so much that I will be assigning my subs and slave to read her articles online.
The second class was "playing without a forklift" by Uncle P. Having never played with a forklift I had to check out the class descritpion. Turns out it was all about playing with minimal toys. The forklift being needed for hauling around your toybag. Right up my alley. The class was great! Uncle P@s energy was amazing! I may be a big biased in this as I was front and center and got a bit of interaction with him. In fact he slipped into some fear play with me and I am proud to say I came through not only fine but quite happy! Perhaps even eager for more!
I did not get to see The Knotty Boys or any of our other amazing presenters. There just aren't enough hours in the day!
Soon...too soon... It was dinner time. Which means it was timefor the Queer Meet-N-Greet! The fantabulous Sugar_and_spite helped facilitate and I would be utterly lost without her! She brings this ridiculously cool energy and really helps make the Qm-n-g into what it is! Unfortunately staff responsibilities pulled me out half way through but I left the party in full swing.
Closing ceremony was fantastic. We raised about $5k for NCSF. if you are kinky and you don't know what NCSF, please educate yourself! Dan raised $500 for a wonderful charity whose acronym I cant remember at the moment.
The second night I went as my pimp alter ego 'Madame Mama'. It went down a storm and everyone wanted to feel my Teddy bear skin coat.
Play wise I did something rather dumb. I bottomed before I topped. Ended up taking me quite a while to screw my big T Top head back on afterward as it my brain had completely left my body and was floating about on a cloud of bliss! My friend Kevin lit me up with GIANT fire wands which felt amazing. He the did some impact strikes with the flaming wands. I was in heaven. The only way it could have gotten better was if he would have punched the shit out of my back. Guess what he did next?!! My goal when I play is to reduce my partner to a puddle of happy goo. This time it was I who was the goo!
Once I got my Top head attached to my neck I played with a few more incredible women. I finally connected with a playmate I've been trying to set on fire for a year and a half. I got to repay another friend for an amazing sensual massage and I got to make new friends! Yay!
All too soo. It was over and Abba was telling me to get the fuck out!

Breakdown went easy enough though I did manage to lock my keys in the car. Thank good was for friends with AAA! after that Peach and I paled around before hitting the staff dinner which was....well...amazing! There is nothing quite like gorging with friends in the afterglow of a great event!

Big weekend
Wow! I can not believe how busy I was this weekend! Wow!
Sat I went to the Tiffin Flea Market. As Flea Markets go this is the one to hit. It takes up the entire county fair ground. Hundreds of vendors in one place. Yes, please! I always find a few wonderous things. Know my fire kit? Got that there! This year I picked up a few treasures.
Sunday I met an applicant for a foot slave. He treated me out to lunch and then came back to my place for training. 2 hours later he had a working knowledge of how to give a pedicure Lana-style. Not bad at all though his confidence needs some work. But that is being accomplished by pedi-homework. I made him paint my toenails twice for practice and am still wearing the second paintjob. Not bad at all.

Monday I took the family (sans Jason who sadly had to work) down to the Renaissance festival. My lady love joined us for her maiden trip to the fest. A good time was had by all. Sadly I didn't get to see either of the shows that I wanted to (Mud Show and the Fairie Tales) but I still had a lovely time. Saw the Pirates how and an amazing new bell show that was...well....amazing. Our knight won the joust and looked damn good doing it.
By the end of the weekend I fell into bed and slept till 11 Tuesday. Then got up and finished my last costume for COPE! WOHOO!!
Now I get to look ahead to COPE this weekend!
