The Drag Race... Columbus edition

Another action packed weekend and for the record, this was a much better kiss before we had to redo it 5 times for the various cameras!

Last night I headed south, this time for a night of fun and frivolity. I met up with the group at The Union in the short north. of course I was a bit late (ok maybe more than a bit) but that is no problem. A bit of charm and Brian, our waiter, brought me my drink and food with everyone else. A very yummy turkey club and strawberry margarita later and I was happily sated. So after Zach almost threw down with a drunken patron we headed across the street to Axis. Sarah's friend Johnathan is an organizer and promoter for the Miss Ohio drag competition. There was a show and we got seats right in front of the stage! Yes!

Much fun was had. The Queens were fucking hot and shook and worked their asses off for us. I had the best time with my pile of ones. Even got quite a little show from one of the gorgeous ladies. And the MC even talked us up since we were so awesome. In short I had a great time!

Unfortunately after I blew out Sarah paid the idiot tax. Bad ankle + booze x high heels= Sarah in the hospital with a sprained ankle. Poor girl. :(

Happy Anniversary!!!

Today is the 4th anniversary of the wedding of my 2 favorite people in the whole wide world, My best friend keith and his wonderful loving Master Christopher. It is also the 7th anniversary of the two of them getting together. I love you both so much. It is wonderful to see 2 people who work so very hard to make each other happy. They actively and unappologetically seek their bliss which makes me love them more. They are the ONLY couple I would have ever concidered to be the godparents of my daughter. I just can't say how much I love them.

So here's to you both. Today is yours! (Even the IRS moved off of your day). I wish I were there to toast the two of you, but I have a feeling I might be in the way. So instead I am sending my long distance kisses and smothering the both of you in big titty hugs!

New Year... New Me!

Well March has come and gone, making way for April. I know it's a bit late but as they say, better late than being smacked in the face. wait... was that the way that went?

In any case I continue my push toward a new me. In the month of March I added weight training to my yoga workout. So as of right now I spend 20 minutes doing a regular yoga workout (read: I stretch a LOT), followed by a 40 minute high intensity,w eight loss yoga workout. In the month of March I added on weight training as my upper body is rediculously weak.

I started out with 3 sets of 10 reps with a 10 lbs barbell. I know it doesn't sound like much but as I said, rediculously weak. As my strength increased I began increasing my reps and adding new training. I added 10 over head lifts between each set of reps. I started with a 7.5 lbs weight for this and have moved up to using the 10 lbs barbell. I closed out the month doing 2 sets of 12 reps and 1 set of 15 reps. In between sets I do 10 over head lifts and after the last set I do 20. I finish out my workout with holding the 10 lbs dumbbell straight out and hold it for 20 breaths.

Now in the spirit of honesty I did slip a bit this month. I hurt my back which kept me from working out for 4 days. And when I got back to it, boy howdy did it kick my ass. I also was less than stellar with snacking. Some asshole brought home a tub of my favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream. What was I to do? So this month I haven't lost as much as I would like BUT.. I am back in the swing and recommited to myself.

I have been toying around with what I will add to my workout for April. I may add Tai Chi or another type of yoga workout. My problem is that I am afraid I might begin to overload myself as I do these workouts every day. So I will see what I will enjoy adding. I may end up with something as simple as a few more weight training exercises or wearing a wrist weights when I work out. We'll see. My main point is that I don't want it to cross over into the realm of burdon. I have really enjoyed this change in my life and I REALLY don't want to jeapordize that by adding so much that I become resistant to doing it. It's a fine line to walk. So what does April hold for the New Me? Tune in at the begining of May to find out!

The Kinky Weekend Report

I just got home and let me tell you, I am ready to drop! Not as far as energy, but as far as Lana is tired as hell and needs to sleep. And what is a better sign that you have had a great weekend than being exausted by the end?

Friday I skipped the PD which was sad :( but I made up for it. I stayed home with my family. I made home-made spinach alfedo pizzas and we watched Stomp. I saw the show when I was yougner when my grandma took me to see it. So when I saw the same show on dvd at the library I grabbed it up to show my kid. Banging drums and stomping around... of course she loved it. But I wasn't farsighted enough to realise that this would encourage her to do her own Stomp preformance. However once the kid was safely unconcious my husband and I made up for some lost time. See a week and change ago Jason came down pretty sick. Poor boy. the day he got better I threw out my back. Of course, right? This amounted to a week and a half or so of NO SEX! Now you may not knwo this about Jason because it doesn't happen that often, but I've kept him on such a sex rich diet that when he doesn't get it within 3 days he gets so grumpy that his last name might as well be Smurf. So for the past week tempers have been short in my home. So Friday night we made up for that lost time. 3 times and 15 orgasms later Jason was in a MUCH better mood.

Saturday I ventured to Princeton Club for the AIS April Fools Party. I had a great time! It was hot and crowded but over all I didn't mind. It was so much fun. Sunday I was invited to the NLA to do a presentation on Switching in the Scene. I was very nervous about this as I have never done a presentation before. However the trepedation quickly dissolved. It's always hard to say exactly how it went without sounded egotistical but I do believe it went well. One might even say it went very well. and what is more, I really enjoyed it! So thank you to NLA and everyone who came out! Tell a friend ;)

Sunday Smut... Inquisition dream

So I had a dream last night.

I woke up with a start. At first I thought I was laying in my bed. It took me a few minutes to realize that I was actually on a much harder surface. What is more, my arms were outstretched and secured over my head. I tried to sit up and found that I couldn't as my legs were also secured. At which point I started to get nervous. What was I doing there? Why was I in this situation? Out of my peripheral vision a figure moved. I tried to turn to see who it was but I was too well secured to the table. I could only see my arm and directly above me, which was completely black. I heard the person moving beside me, rattling something that, from the sound of it, was laying on another table. I started breathing really hard. Eventually the figure moved into my vision and I saw that it was a priest. All black with the collar. He begins to anoint my forehead with water and oil and pressed a crucifix into my lips. I was so confused that I did not react.

At this point another figure began moving. this one I could not see at all but I got the impression that the person was there to assist the priest.

Again they move out of my range of vision and I wonder again what in the hell is going on! but I can not speak.

The priest moves back into my field of vision. This time he leans over me and begins asking me questions that weren't really questions, but statements. "You have had congress with the beast!" "You are a witch." "You piss on the bible." "you corrupt the crucifix within your body".

WHAT? Hold on! I mean I know that I love the blasphemy but I have never masturbated with a crucifix! I tried to tell them this but again I couldn't speak.

The priest continued..."You are unholy and seek to make abominations of all of god's children."

I tried to scream no, but again no voice. It occurred to me that I might be gagged but I was not able to find out. I just knew I could not use my mouth.

Ah this point the priest turns to his assistant and says to prepare to rack the prisoner.

a few moments of ringing silence and then the sound of a wooden joint moving. And the pressure in my arms and legs increased as they were pulled away from my torso. I tried to scream.

And then... I woke up.

This may sound like a scary dream but it was hot. I woke up with my thighs soaked. I might end up trying to do this one at some point. I would love to be interrogated by the inquisition when I know full well that my life is not on the line.

sub situation

I just heard from My sub. He has been sleeping in a truck for the last month and hasn't even been able to make it back to base. No showers, only baby wipes. Which is one of many reasons why I am not in the military. Eww!

He returns in July. I have been excited about his return but the closer it gets the clearer reality is. Before he left W/we encountered a few problems. My sub is married which has proven to be difficult when working on O/our relationship. Especially when partner insecurities arise. This led Me to decide that I will NOT take on another sub who is married, partnered, dateing, etc. However what to do with what I have? I thought about releasing him from service, but that seemed a cruel thing to do before he left for his tour of duty. I have concidered releasing him once he returns, as all signs point to the same issues I had to deal with before he left, however I am hesitant to do so. he had a genuine desire to serve. he has served Me well. And I don't particularly want to release him. At least not now. So as ever, it is a state of limbo.

I have been interviewing new subs. Most of them are time wasters, but a few may end up meriting a meeting. I am not overly optimisitc. I have been doing this too long for that. Often I just wish My husband would embrace his subbyness, but that doesn't look likely. So in the meantime I must persevere and hope that there is someone worth all this bullshit. I really hope so.
